I liked that he was an electrical engineer by trade, and he was able to tell us more about that and what is up to code.  His communication skills were very strong and he was very respectful and clear in his communication.  He was very patient in explaining things and taking time to listen to and answer questions.  Even though it had been a long day for him, I don't think he rushed through the inspection, he took the time to do a good job and make sure we understood and had all our questions answered.  He also let us know what his limitations were, what he was able to say with confidence and what he was assuming based on a best guess.  He was also able to look for water damage, which was reassuring. The handbook/inspection report is fantastic, I love how it explains different things in addition to offering what the inspector has identified, and offers handy tips in maintaining the home and on hiring a contractor.  - J.
