Yes. It was immediately clear to us that Neil was very well educated in his field of expertise as an inspector. We immediately liked him and felt confidence in him. I was especially happy with the extent of thouroughness by our Inspector, Mr. Pickard. A few days after our inspection I had a question about an item in the roof rafters.
