Trees on your Property

Trees planted around the home will eventually have branches that are close to, or overhanging the home, causing abrasion damage when touching the roof and siding and are sources of moisture.  These same branches allow easy access to the home’s roof and possible entry points for squirrels and other critters. The tree can also disrupt the moisture balance of the soil surrounding the foundation which depending on soil type can cause issues. In addition, the root system can cause damage to your home’s foundation, heave a cement slab, damage sewer pipes, water lines and other underground utilities serving the home, as well as the sidewalks and driveway around the home.
