You are so professional, great at your job, and at the same time genuinely nice, which again I really appreciate, for both me and my clients. I felt comfortable asking Amir anything. We are planning on doing some renos and were able to ask his opinion and he was able to give us feedback. He was thorough, explained things well and the suggestions he made we have booked people to review in more detail (electrician, chimney, furnace, etc.) once we move in.
